The All Seasons Colonial has a dedicated convention complex that can be flexibly configured for small Norfolk Island meetings, day conferences, and large evening functions.
The Sirius Room is the hotel's main function and conference room. It can accommodate up to 160 delegates theatre style. It features a full stage at one end, and modern and comprehensive audiovisual facilities.

With a fully suspended high ceiling, the Sirius Room provides uninterrupted views from all seating positions.
A large elevated stage with PA system provides for keynote addresses, and for musical and theatrical performances. The rear wall of the stage is a projection surface.
A rollout sub-stage extends the dais area, and a portable dance floor is available for dinner dances.
Large sliding glass doors open directly onto a covered patio, which flows into an adjacent garden with waterfall setting. For special functions, blackout curtains are available.
A large in-room bar can cater for after-conference drinks.
If you selected the Conference Package, room hire and most audiovisual equipment are included.
